  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp ginger
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Bang Bang Sauce

Instructions

Heat the skillet with sesame oil. Add onion and pork sausage and brown. Add the garlic and ginger and stir around. Add the cabbage and carrots and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted. Add salt and pepper to the cabbage/meat mixture and stir.

Get your sauce together by adding rice vinegar, hoisin, sriracha, and soy sauce to a bowl and stirring.

Add sauce to the pan and let cook for a few minutes while you get the bang bang sauce together.

Add bang bang sauce ingredients all together and stir until combined.

Add bang bang sauce to the top of the egg roll mixture, top with green onions and serve.

Enjoy!
