Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2Tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 or 2 tubs Marshmallow Cream

Instructions

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Next, combine peanut butter, butter, sugar, brown sugar. Then add eggs and vanilla.

Then you want to slowly add in your dry ingredients until it is all completely combined and makes a thick dough. Add this to your 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper.

Then make the frosting. Combine peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar until combined. Then add milk and vanilla.

Now it's time to put it all together.

You already haveg the bottom layer in your 9x13. Make sure to flatten as much as possible and push up the outer edge slightly for a slight crust. Then spray the back of a spoon with cooking spray. This will help you spread the marshmallow fluff on the bottom layer. Once you have the marshmallow fluff spread around, top with dollops of the frosting and swirl around.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Let cool and then slice into bars. Enjoy!!
