Peach Cobbler

Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2- 29 oz canned peaches in heavy syrup
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Pour one can of peaches in 9x13 baking dish, drain the other can and add the peaches only to the pan. Add butter, salt, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla in with the peaches and stir.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
Pour the flour mix over the peaches and smooth it out the best you can.
Drizzle butter evenly over the flour.
Bake for 15 minutes, and then lower the temp to 375° and bake for another hour.
Serve warm with ice cream!
