Ranch Burgers

These are packed with flavor and the pickles and tomato on top covered in melty cheese 🤤 I crave them all the time. Serve it alongside my homemade fries and it will definitely be a go to meal!

Ranch burgers:

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder

  • 1 Tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • cut up pickles, tomatoes, provolone cheese, homemade ranch, arugula, and buns.

Instructions

Cut up pickles, sliced tomatoes, provolone cheese, homemade ranch, arugula and hamburger buns.

Mix up the ranch burgers with all of the ingredients. Then form into patties and cook in a skillet until reaching a temp of 165 degrees (mine took about 10 minutes...but make sure it reaches 165 degrees!). Add pickle, tomato and cheese in the last few minutes and serve with arugula, ranch and on top of your hamburger buns.
