Caesar Dressing

My kids can down an entire bag of Caesar salad from Costco....so I figured, I can totally make this at home for a lot less money! This is our favorite Caesar dressing and has become a regular refrigerator staple. So quick and easy to throw together and you know exactly what is in your dressing!

Caesar dressing

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

Blend all of this (I use a nutribullet) and keep in the fridge for a week.

Add to Caesar salad with croutons and romaine lettuce. Add to homemade sourdough tortillas with chicken and lettuce. Or come up with another creation because you are not going to be able to stop eating this!

Enjoy!
