Corny Corn Casserole
This is one of our favorite side dishes for any time we're having barbeque. It's cornbread, but better and is super easy to put together! You could even try it on the smoker if you want to add some smokiness! Or add some jalapenos or green chilies....but you totally need to try this recipe and kick up your cornbread game!
Corny Corn Casserole
Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 50 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 8 oz creamed corn
- 8 oz boxed jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients until mixed well. Grease a square baking dish or 2 quart baking dish. Pour mixture into the dish and spread around. Top with additional cheese and bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until firm.
